SkyBox USA Return Policy & Instructions

Return of product after 30 calendar days from purchase date is not allowed. Returned product must be received at the SkyBox USA warehouse within 30 days of purchase to qualify for refund or replacement.

All returns must have a valid RMA number obtained by contacting SkyBox USA. Returned product must have the valid RMA number written on the shipping label or package. Return shipments without valid RMA numbers will be rejected.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to SkyBox USA's warehouse. Customer is responsible for loss or damage to products being shipped for return.

Order Cancels/Refused Shipments - Once received by our system, orders may not be canceled. Customers who refuse shipment are subject a 15% restock fee along with the shipping costs of the order.

Damaged in Transit - Failure to notify SkyBox USA via our form of product damage within 24 hours of receipt voids all shipping damage claims.

Excluded Items - The following items can not be returned to SkyBox USA for any reason: printers, scanners, video projectors, consumables (toner, print cartridges, batteries, paper, office supplies, etc.), computer software, video games, video displays, and TVs of 23 inches or greater.

Defective Products - All potentially defective product claims should be directed to the manufacturer or warranty provider for evaluation and support. Defective items other then those mentioned in "Excluded Items" may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be processed for like items only.

Non-Defective Products/"Buyers Remorse" - New, unopened products in perfect condition with all original contents and packaging that can be resold as new are subject to a 15% restock fee. Opened orders with missing original content that cannot be resold as new for any reason will be discarded with no refund. Returned orders with missing content that we can replace from our stock are subject to the cost of item replacement + a 30% restock fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Returned product must have a valid SkyBox USA RMA number written on the shipping label. Return shipments without valid SkyBox USA RMA numbers will be rejected. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to SkyBox USA's distribution center. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Return eligibility is for single purchase of product only. Wholesale or bulk purchases (5 or more items of the same UPC number) are not eligible for return.
