Our order fulfillment and shipping works like this:

1. We typically ship the next business day after you order. So, if you order anytime on Monday we will ship out on Tuesday. This is due to two things related to Amazon orders:

• They provide you a window of about an hour from placing the order to login and cancel - before the order is "finalized" in the Amazon system.
  
  
• Amazon sales are only transmitted to us in a batch once each night for that day's sales.

Within about an hour after you place your order with SkyBox USA, your order begins its journey that will eventually end at your desired destination. Your order undergoes the verification, processing, packing and shipping process very quickly so that we can exceed your delivery expectations. Because of this process, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of your order placement. If you decide that you want to return an item once you receive it, please follow our Return Authorization Process as outlined in this return policy.

2. We ship Fedex or UPS, unless you are a P.O. Box or APO/FPO customer, in which case we are required to send via USPS. 

3. Occasionally, an order will result in a back-order even though we indicated it is an in-stock item. This is rare but can happen on popular items due to system timing issues. We will work to process the order as promptly as possible. Two things to think about:

• Your credit card is authorized by Amazon for the full purchase price immediately upon acceptance of your order, however, your card is not actually charged until we ship.
  
  
• If your item is backordered, you can cancel your order upto the point where it is shipped.
  

SkyBox-USA Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from SkyBox-USA through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from SkyBox-USA may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from SkyBox-USA through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
